Geoff Pearson - Chief Technology Officer
After a successful 5 years as a corporal in the British Armed Forces, Geoff has since worked 20 years within the IT sector for many businesses ranging from finance, healthcare, housing, government, energy, mining, consulting, blockchain/crypto, military.
​Geoff is a certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Expert, Citrix engineer, PMI Agile Practitioner and ITIL foundation specialist; and is near completing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
Geoff has a broad range of experience in IT leadership, technical, and consulting roles; enjoys continuously learning and sharing his knowledge with others.

Will Hignett - Citrix Solutions & Security Architect
Will has a strong focus on cloud virtualization technologies, on-premises IT infrastructure, and security. He is a subject matter expert on Citrix technologies and has designed and implemented many small to large scale solutions within different business sectors.
Will has in-depth knowledge in security especially in the areas of contextual based authentication, biometric and public key infrastructure; location aware access and high level security based solutions.

Having helped deliver large, globally available end user compute platforms and drive digital transformation, Matthew understands the complexities clients need to overcome in today's quickly evolving IT landscape.
