Geoff Pearson - Founder - Chief Technology Officer
After a successful 5 years as a corporal in the British Armed Forces, Geoff has since worked 20 years within the IT sector for many businesses ranging from finance, healthcare, housing, government, energy, mining, consulting, blockchain/crypto, military.
​Geoff is a certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Expert, Citrix engineer, PMI Agile Practitioner and ITIL foundation specialist; and is mid-way through completing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
Geoff has a broad range of experience in IT leadership, technical, and consulting roles; enjoys continuously learning and sharing his knowledge with others.
Kristin Kuhn - Director of Business and Marketing
Kristin is an experienced Marketing and Sales Professional with over 10 years of experience growing business in the IT and Finance sectors.

Jean-Michel has over 20 years of experience in IT and has worked for several blue chip and top-tier prestigious companies, including Credit Suisse, Accenture, IBM and Vodafone.
Due to his wide range of experience, he understands clients’ pain-points and challenges and designs the solutions they need to meet their business requirements.
Jean-Michel helps Winscape IT’s clients to migrate core on-premises services painlessly and efficiently to Microsoft’s various Cloud-based solutions whilst leveraging the latest MS security offerings.

Matthew is a principal Azure and Citrix Cloud Architect, and MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), with over 20 years of experience across the IT industry, from working with small Multinationals to large global corporations, including major players in commodity trading and finance.
Having helped deliver large, globally available end user compute platforms and drive digital transformation, Matthew understands the complexities clients need to overcome in today's quickly evolving IT landscape.
